ClubRunner’s Management software and EPoS systems have been successfully installed at over 1,000 different leisure facilities world wide and is now moving into the Golf market. ClubRunner has applied its extensive knowledge and experience gained in the leisure industry to developing management software for the golf industry. ClubRunner’s has developed two distinct products, one to cater for Driving Ranges and another for Golf Clubs.

GOLF RANGES
ClubRunner developed its Driving Range management software in close co-operation with Range Servant. Although Driving Ranges already use EPoS systems to help manage sales, there was no complete software management package on the market that allowed operators to monitor and manage the complete sales process from the till to the ball dispenser.
Although some Ranges offer digital swipe cards to regular users the constant drawback was that the software part of the system stopped at the EPoS till system, and started again at the token and ball dispensing end of the process. This interruption made the software-based management information relatively basic.
A perfect combination
ClubRunner works with the market-leading range machinery company Range Servant to deliver a seamless experience from till to tee. From an owner / operator perspective the system delivers all of the functionality and monitoring tools required to allow them to better understand, manage and run their businesses.
ClubRunner’s software communicates fully with the Range Servant Select Plus system to give managers complete control of a golf facility, using one seamless software system for both their EPoS and now the Ball Management operation as well. Being powered by a ClubRunner EPoS system, it now includes all the other things you need to run a range: Membership Control, Bookings, Direct Debit billings, Stock Control and Contact Management. Reports are easily available at the click of the button to understand all your sales and business trends.
