The Bookings module is a comprehensive tool with the sophistication to manage even the most complicated of facilities. With usability a key feature throughout ClubRunner nowhere is it more important than here. 'At a glance' views for the Day, Week or Month. You can book classes, courses, block bookings and all of these can be set-up and configured in minutes.
All bookings (members or non-members) can be made over the phone or at the club. Upon arrival of the member/guest at the club the booked activities are displayed and any unpaid moneys requested. As the activity is shown promptly on the screen upon arrival, your staff can improve the customer experience, as they will always know why the customer has attended.
ClubRunner does all the thinking for your Front desk team. It will know when areas are available, and what equipment those areas have. It will know when staff are available, it will allow you to see from a distance whether a booking is partially full, full, or even has a waiting list. The presentation and ease of use has been acclaimed. Some of our clients even link this module to a plasma screen on Reception allowing members to see for themselves!
